Flat tire and puncture help, 24/7

Changing a wheel on a hard shoulder with traffic going past is the most dangerous thing most drivers will ever do at the roadside. Stay in a safe place. We bring the jack, the lighting and the tools, fit your spare or repair the puncture, and check the pressures before you go.

Call us if

Sound familiar?

  • The tire warning light came on, or the car pulls to one side
  • A visible nail, screw or cut in the tread
  • A flat tire and no jack, a locked wheel nut, or no spare
  • A tire that went flat overnight in the driveway

What we do

On every flat tire call

  • Spare wheel fitted and torqued to the right setting
  • Tubeless puncture repair where it is safe to repair
  • Locking wheel-nut removal if the key is missing
  • Inflation of all four tires and the spare

No spare? Run-flats?

Many newer cars come with a repair kit instead of a spare. If the puncture is repairable we plug it on the spot. If it is not, we can take the car to the nearest tire shop.

How it works

Four steps. Usually under an hour.

  1. 01

    You call or WhatsApp

A dispatcher answers, not a menu. Tell us where you are and what the car is doing. Share your live location in one tap.

  2. 02

    You hear the price

The full price before anyone is sent. No meter running, no surprise call-out fee when we arrive.

  3. 03

    We roll to you

The nearest crew heads out with the right battery, tools and parts. We text you if the arrival time changes.

  4. 04

    Fixed, tested, paid

Back on the road, with the battery and charging system tested. Pay the balance after the job by Interac e-Transfer or Cash.

FAQ

Flat tire: questions

Can you repair a puncture instead of fitting the spare?

Often, yes. A clean puncture in the tread of a tubeless tire can usually be plugged. Damage to the sidewall cannot be repaired safely, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What should I do while I wait?

Get yourself and passengers away from the traffic side, behind a barrier if there is one, hazard lights on. The car can wait, you should not stand next to it.

Stuck right now?

A real person answers, day or night. Tell us where you are, hear the price, and the nearest crew heads your way.
