Call us if
Sound familiar?
- One click, or rapid clicking, when you turn the key
- Dashboard lights come on, then fade as you crank
- Nothing at all: no lights, no chime, no unlock
- The car was fine yesterday and sat out on a cold night
What we do
On every jump start call
- A commercial jump pack, so no second car is needed
- Surge-protected leads that are safe on modern electronics
- A load test of the battery once the engine is running
- A charging-system check, so you know if the alternator is the real fault

Why we test after the jump start
A car that starts is not the same as a car that is fixed. If the battery is at the end of its life, it will go flat again the first time you switch off. We put a tester on it while you watch and tell you straight whether it has more life in it or whether you should replace it while we are there.
Garages, basements and tight spots
Our packs are portable, so we can reach a car in a multi-level garage, a basement slot or a space where no second car could ever park nose-to-nose. Tell us the level and the bay when you call.
Every visit, every country
We test before we sell.
If a jump start is all you need, that is what you get. Every call includes a four-point check, so you know whether the battery was really the problem.
- 01
Terminals and clamps
Loose or corroded clamps cause as many no-starts as dead batteries. We clean and tighten them first.
- 02
The battery itself
A load test measures what the battery can actually deliver on a start, not what it reads sitting still.
- 03
Alternator output
If the alternator is not recharging, a new battery will be flat again in days. We check before you buy.
- 04
Starter draw
A starter pulling too much current looks like a weak battery. The test tells them apart.
How it works
Four steps. Usually under an hour.
- 01
You call or WhatsApp
A dispatcher answers, not a menu. Tell us where you are and what the car is doing. Share your live location in one tap.
- 02
You hear the price
The full price before anyone is sent. No meter running, no surprise call-out fee when we arrive.
- 03
We roll to you
The nearest crew heads out with the right battery, tools and parts. We text you if the arrival time changes.
- 04
Fixed, tested, paid
Back on the road, with the battery and charging system tested. Pay the balance after the job by Cash or Zelle.
FAQ
Jump start: questions
How long does a jump start take once you arrive?
Usually ten to fifteen minutes, including the battery and charging test. The start itself takes a minute or two.
Can a jump start damage my car?
Done badly, it can. We use surge-protected packs and connect to the correct points for your model, including cars with remote jump posts under the hood.
What if it will not start after the jump start?
Then the battery was not the whole story. We check the starter, the connections and the fuel system basics, and tell you what we find before you pay for anything else.
