Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. It applies to customers in India, the United States and Canada.

What we collect

  • When you ask for help: your name, phone number, the vehicle's location (typed, or GPS coordinates if you choose to share them), the vehicle, the licence plate if you give it, and any notes.
  • When you call or message: your number and what you tell the dispatcher.
  • When you browse: if you accept cookies, Google Ads measures which adverts led to a call, text or form. See the cookie policy.

Why we use it

To send help to the right place, contact you about that job, keep a record of the work for warranty and accounting, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your location for anything except the job you asked for.

Who sees it

The dispatcher and the technician or partner operator assigned to your job; our email and hosting providers; and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as tax and warranty rules require, and then deleted. Requests that never became a job are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and to withdraw consent, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, this includes your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Canada's PIPEDA and provincial laws, and in California the CCPA/CPRA. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
