How it works

How a call works.

What happens from the moment you call to the moment you drive away, and what to have ready so it is quick.

How it works

From stuck to moving, in four steps.

  1. 01

    You call or WhatsApp

A dispatcher answers, not a menu. Tell us where you are and what the car is doing. Share your live location in one tap.

  2. 02

    You hear the price

The full price before anyone is sent. No meter running, no surprise call-out fee when we arrive.

  3. 03

    We roll to you

The nearest crew heads out with the right battery, tools and parts. We text you if the arrival time changes.

  4. 04

    Fixed, tested, paid

Back on the road, with the battery and charging system tested. Pay the balance after the job by UPI, cash, Zelle or e-Transfer.

Have this ready

The whole dispatch checklist

  • Where the car is. Share live location on WhatsApp, or give the street and a landmark, the garage and level, or the highway marker.
  • What it is doing. Click, crank, silence, a warning light, a flat tyre.
  • Year, make and model. So we load the right battery or parts.
  • A number we can reach. We message you the arrival time and any changes.

While you wait

Stay safe first

  • Hazard lights on. On a fast road, get everyone out on the side away from traffic and behind the barrier.
  • Do not keep cranking a car that will not start. You drain what is left in the battery.
  • If the car stalled in deep water, do not try to restart it.
  • If anyone is hurt, call 112 in India or 911 in the US and Canada first.

Every visit, every country

We test before we sell.

If a jump start is all you need, that is what you get. Every call includes a four-point check, so you know whether the battery was really the problem.

  1. 01

    Terminals and clamps

Loose or corroded clamps cause as many no-starts as dead batteries. We clean and tighten them first.

  2. 02

    The battery itself

A load test measures what the battery can actually deliver on a start, not what it reads sitting still.

  3. 03

    Alternator output

If the alternator is not recharging, a new battery will be flat again in days. We check before you buy.

  4. 04

    Starter draw

A starter pulling too much current looks like a weak battery. The test tells them apart.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How fast can you reach me?

It depends on where you are, the traffic, and how many jobs are running. Most city calls are reached in 30 to 60 minutes. The dispatcher gives you a real time on the call, and we message you if it changes.

Do I need a membership?

No. There is no sign-up and no annual fee. You pay for the job you need, when you need it, and you hear the price before anyone is sent.

How do I pay?

You see the full price first. A 50% advance confirms the booking: Zelle in the US, UPI in India, Interac e-Transfer in Canada. A person checks it arrived, then the nearest technician is sent. The rest is paid after the job, by the same method or cash.

What if the battery is not the problem?

We test the battery, the alternator and the starter before we sell you anything. If the fault is somewhere else we say so, and we can tow the car to a workshop if it needs one.

Do you help with electric and hybrid cars?

Yes. We revive and replace the 12V battery, open locked EVs, and tow on a flatbed only. We cannot charge the main battery at the roadside.

Can I book for later instead of right now?

Yes. Use the request form for a battery you know is dying, a second car, or a job later today. If you are stranded right now, calling or WhatsApp is faster.

Stuck right now?

A real person answers, day or night. Tell us where you are, hear the price, and the nearest crew heads your way.
