These terms cover roadside and battery work we arrange through this website, by phone or by message.
Prices
We tell you the price before we dispatch. Prices on this site are starting prices. The quoted price is the price for the job described; if the job turns out to be different when we arrive, we tell you the new price before doing any extra work, and you can decline.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is done, by the methods listed for your country. Fuel and parts are charged at the prices quoted.
Arrival times
Arrival times are honest estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and other emergencies can change them, and we will tell you if they do.
Our work
We work with care and follow the vehicle manufacturer's procedures. Batteries and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, or for damage caused by conditions we warned you about.
Safety
We may decline or stop a job if it is not safe to carry out where the vehicle is, and we may ask for proof of ownership before opening or towing a vehicle.
Partners
Outside New Jersey and New York City, work may be carried out by vetted local partner operators, under these same terms.
